How it Works

  • You simply and accurately fill in all the information using the “Submit your HOG” tab.
  • We anticipate an honest description of your motorcycle.
  • You will be asked to grade your motorcycle from 1 to 5 with 5 being excellent/like new condition. We find that most motorcycles fall within the 3 to 4 range, but there are exceptions.
  • Should the description be grossly inaccurate we reserve the right to withdraw our initial offer.
  • A second offer can be made should the description be deemed inaccurate.
  • We find that 97% of all our submissions are very accurate and that rules and disclaimers are never meant for those who describe their motorcycles accurately.
  • Once the information is complete you simply need to REQUEST A BUY FIGURE FOR YOUR HOG and the process has begun.
  • Generally an offer will be returned to you within 24 hours of submission. Holiday and weekend submissions could be delayed up to 72 hours.
  • Once our offer has been sent, you will have 24 hours to accept or reject.
  • If you have a payoff on your motorcycle we will need your lien holder information and address. Once we have agreed to terms we would need your account number and a signed title release form that we provide to finalize the transaction.
  • Any difference above the payoff will be paid to the seller/owner.
  • You are under no obligation by submitting your information.
  • There are no fees, hidden charges or cost to you.
  • We are responsible for transporting the bike to our location, but do require your assistance and cooperation with our transporter.
